In connection with autumn session’s opening tomorrow (October

1) Parliamentary Speaker D.Demberel issued an Ordinance on September 24 based on the relevant clause in the Law on Parliament and a Parliament Resolution. Pursuant to this Ordinance, Parliament’s 2009 autumn session agenda is as follows:
- A Bill on the Favor of Motherland.
- A Bill on Treasure Share /Bayanmongol Corporation/.
- Bills to: annul the Law on Windfall Tax; amend some Bills in connection with approving a Bill to amend the Law on Corporate Income.
- A revised Bill on Banking, a Bill to amend the Law on Central Bank.
- A draft Parliamentary Resolution on the State’s Policy for State and Private Sector Partnership.
- A Bill on Concession.
- A draft Parliamentary Resolution to approve the State’s Policy to develop the Minerals Sector until 2015.
- A Bill on Securities Guaranteed by Assets.
- A Bill on the 2009 State Budget.
- A Bill on the Mongolia Development Fund’s 2010 Budget.
- A Bill on the Social Insurance Fund’s 2010 Budget.
