The “Europe-Mongolia Investors’ Forum” will be held at the EBRD Headquarters in London, the United Kingdom on 3 December 2009. The forum will be co-organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Mongolia, its affiliated agency Foreign Investment and Foreign Trade Agency and the Embassy of Mongolia in the UK in cooperation with the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. H.E. Mr. S. Batbold, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade of Mongolia will attend the Forum. The forum pursues several goals:

• Give European investors an in-depth insight into investment and business opportunities in Mongolia. This includes providing comprehensive information concerning the current situation and investment opportunities in several sectors of the Mongolian economy, such as banking and finance, mining and mineral resources, agriculture, infrastructure and industry.
  
• Introduce projects developed by the Mongolian Government and private enterprises to investors in Europe.
  
• Offer a unique opportunity not only to explore investment opportunities in the key and promising sectors of the Mongolian economy, but also meet and exchange views with potential business partners.

The forum will bring together foreign investors and entrepreneurs, high-ranking officials international experts and consultants.
