The Government approved a program to enrich the country’s foreign relations with more economy oriented policies, in order to realize its Action Plan goals. This program is to focus on boosting mutually-beneficial and economic cooperation with foreign countries, enhancing their effectiveness by using the country’s advantages to intensify Mongolia’s development.

The following indicators are to be used to measure the program’s success: external trade turnover growth including the enhancement of exports; foreign investment volumes; introduction of the latest progressive technologies; job increases; per capita GDP; and results of promoting Mongolian products on world markets.
