World Health Organization (WHO) spokesperson Gregory Hartl said that the first recipient countries for shipments of the H1N1 vaccines will be Azerbaijan and Mongolia

On December 22, World Health Organization (WHO) spokesperson Gregory Hartl said that the first recipient countries for shipments of the H1N1 vaccines will be Azerbaijan and Mongolia.

Hartl added that Mongolia will receive 100,000 doses, and Azerbaijan will receive 172,000 doses, that is the initial shipment of vaccines for two percent of their respective populations. Shipments will begin next week and in the first week of January. The third country receiving WHO donated vaccines will be Afghanistan- with an initial shipment of 500,000 dozes.

Nikola Gruevski, Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia has sent a congratulatory telegram to his Mongolian counterpart S.Batbold on becoming Prime Minister. The Macedonia Premier expressed confidence that Mongolia-Macedonia friendly relations will widen in all spheres because of common interests. Mr Gruevski wished the Mongolian Prime Minister all the best, happiness and health.
